Ben Franklin believed that the best way to improve yourself and your community was to enlist the help of friends. We’re looking for people who want to make themselves and their communities stronger in 2018.

On December 14, 2017, from 6 -8 pm the Library Company of Philadelphia and New York’s 92Y, together with the Free Library of Philadelphia, are launching a new program that will bring Franklin’s ideas to today’s challenges.

Ben Franklin Circles are a monthly learning and discussion group, based on Franklin’s Junto, the mutual improvement club he ran for over 40 years. We’re looking for people who want to know more about the Circles and may even be interested in leading one in their own neighborhoods, to come to an information session and rollout.

Ben Franklin Circles are opportunities to talk about how to improve yourself, your city, and your world in an intentional and constructive way, using Franklin’s virtues as a starting point.

If you’re interested in learning more about the Circles, or maybe leading one yourself, please join us on December 14 at the Library Company of Philadelphia at 6:00 pm.
