Em Ricciardi is a cataloger. They hold a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from Widener University and an M.L.I.S. from Rutgers University. Em first came to the Library Company as the summer reading room assistant in 2013 and 2014. They were hired as a full-time temporary employee in 2015 and have since become a permanent employee. Em works on cataloging and accessioning projects, metadata projects including the shareholders database, and various archiving and editing duties as needed. They were the lead editor for the 2015 annual report.
