Join us for this virtual panel discussion about how educators can facilitate intergenerational connections in their communities through visual literacy, and learn more about how to use the Library Company of Philadelphia’s varied digital resources.

We are excited to premiere a new short video about Philadelphia past and present created by emerging artist Thayid “YureiXox” Wilson, with images from the Library Company’s digital collection.

Panelists will discuss how to connect students to the art and museum community; share questions to ask students before, during, and after their contact; and offer tips for managing a diverse group of project stakeholders.

Emily Guthrie, Librarian of the Library Company of Philadelphia, will provide an overview of the history of the Library Company and its digital resources.
