Alison Kronstadt (they/them/theirs & she/her/hers) hails from the D.C. area (Piscataway and Anacostan land). She holds a B.A. in Creative Writing with a minor in Hispanic Studies and an Education Concentration from Oberlin College. Alison’s writing has been published in Up the Staircase Quarterly, FreezeRay Poetry, and Breakwater Review, among others, and they are a 2019 Best of the Net nominee. They have previously managed a writing center in a K-8 Boston Public School and served as an Events Manager for a small arts and activism non-profit as well. Alison is excited to bring her enthusiasm for event and program coordination, community engagement, and history as a tool for social justice to the Library Company.
