Systems Manager x-134
Dan grew up in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He holds an MSIS from the University of Texas, Austin (focus: audiovisual preservation, archives, and digital humanites), and is a graduate of Oberlin College. Dan joined the Library Company as Systems Manager in August 2022, having arrived from Marfa, Texas, where he’d spent a number of years at the Chinati Foundation, among other West Texas arts, media, and conservation organizations. An incorrigible collector of obscure 45rpm records, Dan has, more recently, created the anthologies Technicolor Paradise and You’re Not From Around Here for the Numero Group, reissue projects that were based on his Exotica Project website. Dan is also a devotee of radio, and, under the alias Little Danny, currently hosts the Cool Blue Flame on Thursday nights on WFMU.
