Virtual Event

We are excited to welcome back Kwasi Hope Agyeman, historian and founder of the virtual program Hidden History, and a graduate of the Library Company’s Mellon Scholars Program. Join us as he returns to the Library Company to connect with curators Erika Piola and Sarah Weatherwax to review their newest exhibition, Imperfect History. Kwasi is passionate about books, libraries, and discovering and discussing  “the voices of the forgotten” and “hidden stories” so that “we bring value into our daily lives.” Join us for the Library Company’s debut on his virtual series Hidden History as Kwasi looks behind the scenes of the Imperfect History exhibition and explores the hidden stories found within this unique graphic arts collection. This virtual program will feature a question and answer session to follow.
