In the mid-19th Century it was Lucy Stone who first “stirred the hearts of Americans” on the issue of women’s suffrage. Yet Stone’s story is often an overlooked piece of the quest for women’s rights. Together we’ll explore Lucy’s legacy while mixing up a riff on the classic Suffragette cocktail.
Hosted by storyteller and mixologist Jacey Powers of Feminist Cocktail Hour. The ingredient list for our cocktail (or alternate mocktail) will be sent to registrants at least two weeks before the event.
