hello I was searching the internet for the civil war monument in germantown and came across the morris collection. It had a early vintage photo of the monument and story about the letters mr morris sent to his mother ( word picture page ) The story mentions that they were not sure of the 2nd photo from top someone though it was mr morris house. To be honest I dont know either, but I know that house is at the corner of school house la and germantown ave . Right across the street from the civil war monument. same side its still there. 5501 germantown ave.
